He was imported from one of the top breeders in Eukraine. Phil has certified A rated hips, 0 elbows, clear heart and eyes. Phil has a huge, blocky head, big bone and a fluffy coat. He has very nice overall conformation and structure. Not only does Phil have great conformation, he also has a remarkable temperament to match. He is very calm, laid back and well mannered. He has always had a docile temperament. This is an amazing trait to pass down to the pups.
