Gunner comes from a line of working dogs. He was born and raised on our farm, and it has made him extremely well rounded, hardy, and a good all-purpose dog. He grew up exposed to all kinds of animals, loud equipment, and unstable environments. He is friendly with dogs and people alike, and has a incredibly strong play/hunt drive with great focus. He learns new concepts very quickly, and is eager to please. Gunner enjoys meeting new people, especially children. Hes an excellent family dog with a nice off switch, and hes got a great work ethic as well. Gunner was recently certified as a SAR K9, and is operational. Despite his large size and robust structure, he is surprisingly agile and light on his feet. He and his three siblings were all house trained, had a solid foundation for a sit and recall, did not jump up on people, and were naturally retrieving a ball within 10 weeks of age. Gunner is AKC registered, has his CGC and CGCA titles. OFA Hips Fair, OFA Elbows Normal, OFA Patella Normal, OFA Cardiac Normal, Embark DM N/N Clear I owned both dam sire ages 10, and 11.5 Deceased respectively. They were NOT OFA tested, but neither have had any outstanding hip issues, and excellent working bloodlines. More information and videos of both dam and sire can be provided upon request.
