The Long Hair weimaraner is Not rare. The long hair coat makes up 1/3 of all weimaraners in Germany - I prefer the long hair coat for hunting in harsh climates and because it is soft and I am drawn to the beauty of the dog. The long hair coat is not for everyone it requires some brushing. The hair is soft and not rough. Please call with any questions this litter is bred for hunt family companions - pups are raised in my home and handled daily - We are members of the WCA and are actively showing our dogs although the Long Hair Weimaraner can not be shown in the AKC at this time they can be shown in Canada and the IABCA. We have a waiting list and more information can be found on our website. Puppies will have current vaccinations wormings be micro chipped and come with a five year health guarantee - Both parents are hip certified and clear of dysplaysia. Each puppy will be examined by our vet prior to being placed in their new homes. Puppies are not released before 8 weeks of age.
