anyone who has 10 to 20 breeds of dogs and always has litters available all the time is either a puppy mill or a dog broker which is just as bad. just scan thru some of the small breeds and it is easy to tell who i am talking about.no genetic testing done no photos of the parents just send deposit and will ship
