| Which dog is the best for me
|  | | How do I go about checking this out? I know I need to think about where to exercise the dog, food, personalities, strangers and other animals. I just dont know about THAT many types of breeds. I know hunting dogs, black and tan, walkers, beagles, but what about smaller dogs? I have to think about my cats also, I have 2 and one of them is a Manx and hes hated dogs since he was a baby. Hell go to another room rather than being around the dog. He wont attack the dog but he wont let them get close to him either. The other one will just lay there and be licked on. A previous dog I had always had to bathe her and the other cats I had except for the Manx. It was a mixed breed male dog and he would whine until I put the cat down in front of him so he could bathe them. The Manx I had to turn away from him so the cat wouldnt scratch him kitten was only 10 days old @ the time.
