We bought a puppy in December English Bulldog, paid $2900.00 for him and we were told he was AKC etc...... My husband paid for the dog and the seller said she would mail the AKC papers to us that she still needed to file the Litter Registration, well 3 weeks later we began to call and all we got was the run around. As of now March 2010, we have had to go to court to get our AKC papers or money back. The seller brought a copy of the registration form to court, but would not give it to us, would not let us make a copy of it and only let us see it for a split second. As of today we have to go to a Trail to get a Judge to order the papers be given to us. We have accrued $ 4500.00 in attorneys fees. I would be VERY careful if you attempt to buy a puppy from CHAMPBULLIES or Carlos and Nancy Nieto. They have puppies for sale on this site and need to be added to the scammer list.
