| Pick of Litter or Wording in Contract
| |
| Breeder sold a dog to us for reduced rate due to the fact she was having a hard time selling and had many pups. She stated in the contract that she would sell for said amount plus a female from the litter of this dog. Now since one of the males from the litter is a rare color she is stating that its normal policy for a breeder to get pick of the litter and she wants the male. Doesnt the signed contract for a female still stand since there are two females of this litter even though shea saying that she already has black females?

| this is why you need to be careful where you buy a dog from. you know the saying you get what you pay for.
if this is a good and ethical breeder and you signed the contract and bought the puppy you should be entitled to what you signed and payed for. if the breeder wants to break the contract just get your money and go elsewhere if you cannot agree on what you are getting.
what pick of the litter might be for the breeder might not be for you. that is why all should be clear before you sign and pay for a dog.
