| Minature Schnauzer stud question
|  | | Ive had my minature schnauzer for 8 years-- just celebrated his 8th birthday
He is still in his prime, about 14lbs and has the same drive as he did when he was 4. I do realize that this breeds lifespan is 12-15 years and my beloved dog isnt getting any younger. I ended up on this website, more specifically this forum. I do need to start somewhere
To the questions now, I bought my mini schnauzer in Europe. He came from champion lines and has excellent traits. He is 8 years old, I have his passport with translation, his whole life tree as well as immunizaions which were done 3 years ago. I want to mate stud him with a bitch. I would like to keep a puppy from his litter. I live in NYC-- specifically Brooklyn. I would like to know what I am getting into? Is this even realistic? What chalanges do I face? Simply put is this even possible.
Any information is greatly appreciated-- just point me in the right directions.
