| Is my Bernese pregnant? Any good ways to tell?

I have a female Bernese who we are not completely sure that she is pregnant...if every thing went the way it was supposed to with the male she should be due 2 days ago. We were wondering if there are any tricks to even telling if she is even expecting or not. She looks a little fatter than usual winter coat? She has no milk. This would be her first litter.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

| Generally speaking at 6 weeks the female starts into a period of morning throw up and has a tendency to sleep more. They dont actually seem to notice being preganant in any breed until around the ninth week you can see the nipples starting to exstend and the hair falling off around the teats. Maybe this will hep but always foolproof is an ultrasound.
