| How do I know if my min pin is pregnant?

| I have a beautiful well tempered 2 1/2 year old min pin. She went into heat about 3 1/2 weeks ago. I mated her with a stud dog with prior successes 8 days after the bleeding started and they looked productive but did not tie. I got them together again on the 10th and 11th day after. They tied both times for about 20 minutes each. Usually after a heat cycle her nipples swell and vulva enlarges which to my understanding meant that she was having a false pregnancy. This time now that I have actually bred her its not as obvious. Its been just over 2 weeks from the initial breeding. Her nipples are more pronounced than normal and there is some vulva swelling but just not as much as in the previous false pregnancies. She has a vet appt. to confirm pregnancy in about another week but I really want to know now. Is there any way to tell?

| I breed chihuahuas and it is really hard to tell. The vet couldnt even tell if my chi was pregnant until like the 30 to 40 days into the pregnancy. They even did an x ray and couldnt tell. THE VET said she was not pregnant and on June 22 she had 4 puppies. So good luck and leave me an email if you need a little more insight.
