| I recently purchased a 2wk old ToyPoodle. What is the best way to start training him not to potty in the house?

| First of all I hope that you had a typo because a 2 wk old puppy should not be away from its mother. As far as housebreaking I kennel train mine. As soon as I take them out of the kennel they go straight outside and when they use the bathroom I give them a reward. When playing with them in the house I take them out before and after the play time. Now sometimes you will have to do this in the middle of the night. Another key to gettting them to hold it all night is to not let them eat or drink within an hour or so before bedtime. Usually I can have them house broke and sleeping outside of the kennel all night within a couple of weeks.
