The Fila Brasileiro is also known as the Brazilian Mastiff and belongs to a large breed of working dogs with roots from Brazil. Coming from the Molosser breed, the dog has loose yellow or tan skin with large bones. It could grow up to 75 cm and weigh 90 lbs. The dog is an excellent guardian of estates and livestock and is very obvious when it comes to aversion to strangers but it is also known for its legendary loyalty to its owners.
