AKC Male Havanese 17 months old A great dog at a great price I purchased Pepper from the breeder that I used to breed my Havanese Lucy. He is from upstate New York but assures me that he is a Red Sox fan. The breeder told me that he is too small for her to use as a stud and she did not want him. He is about 9-10 pounds. Havanese are usually 13 - 20 pounds. He comes from a champion line and has a CERF. She sold him to me and I brought him home to find a good home for him. He has straight soft hair that will grow long and need to be brushed or cut. Havanese are hypo-allergenic dogs. Meaning they have hair instead of fur. This also means they don’t shed any more than people do. He is not neutered and can be used as a stud for small Havanese only. Or he can be neutered I recommend this as it’s better for both the dog and the owner. I think Pepper will do best in a home with no other dogs. He attaches to his person which is me right now which is making my other dog pretty unhappy....hence the low price. He is very shy until he learns that you are the star in his life. And then you can expect a constant companion. He is affectionate low key playful and very cuddly. He loves to be pet and does very well in the car. His crate and grooming supplies will go with him. My intention is to find him a great home with people who will give him the love and attention that he deserves.
