I breed primarily to produce a show prospect for myself so they are bred from quality champion show stock and represent what a Japanese Chin should be according to AKC standards. They are raised in my home with lots of love and socialization.I don’t let them leave home until they are 10-12 weeks of age, thus giving them a little more time with their mothers and familiar surroundings while they continue the learning process. At just a couple weeks of age when they are still just belly-crawling, they learn to use pee pads.By the time they leave home, they have been on several different surfaces, been on outings to places such as pet stores, banks, etc. and have made their first journey to my veterinarian, for their first shots and “well puppy” visit. When they leave my home they are fairly well rounded and ready to start their new lives as part of your family. From day one, I am very much a part of their lives, and they mine. I love every one of them and, like all mothers, want the very best for them. All of my pups sold as companions must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age and by their first season for girls. All pups/dogs will be up-to-date on shots worming those being shipped will come with a health certificate and crate. I don’t let me pups leave home until they are well-rounded and ready to leave…usually around 10-12 weeks of age and only to what I feel to be a great home suited to their individual personalities. I require that you fill out a six-page questionnaire, supply references, and prefer to sell locally so I can do a home visit. Unless you can prove to me that you can provide a wonderful home for my pups, you will not be trusted with one.
