The Anatolian Shepherd Dog comes from Anatolia in Turkey. They were primarily bread to guard sheep from domestic predators like wolves and jackals. This dog is very muscular with coat of any color and length. It can stand up to 32 inches and can weight up to 150 lbs. Our Anatolian Shepherd Dog puppies have parents that were well brought up so even if the breed is naturally independent and forceful, traits which can be challenging to pet owners, they can be good pets for playing and guarding the house. This kind of dog has been known to kill even bears just to protect a flock.
