| You need to ask a lot of questions.
Is the bitch registered?
What registry?
How old is she?
When did she have her last litter?
Is she current on all of her shots and has she had a Brucellosis test?

| I agree what they have said I have a male sheltie up for stud and so far everyone else has been far from me.. Sometimes it is hard to find a bitch correct for studding.

| Have your contract available to email so that they understand YOUR Terms. After aproving the female we usually take the female from her 10-13th day and if she will stand for breeding get her bred. 63 days later..Pups

| A stud dog has to be of value to the Breed. He needs to be titled and proven, just because he is of good pedigree does not mean that he is a good dog. Focus on titling your dog, make him a champion first and then stud him out. You might think he is the most handsome male out there, but so does every other owner. Dont set yourself up for disappointments

Im new to this forum, My local animal control charges me $100 annual fee orange county, California because the animal is NOT neutered. When I purchased him I tried to pick an animal with good confirmation size but hoped for mild temperament, because most AKC of this breed are considered to be hyper he is a doberman.
He is 13 months old I would like to stud him out, to make him earn his keep for the licensing fee.
Im not trying to make money, but will provide the AKC paperwork photos of his lineage, will have him tested for any type of disease. He is 98 LBS at this age the picture below is 8 months
