| I have Shih Tzus and Cocker Spaniels and can not keep them out of the litter box. Can any one explain this to me?

| There is a certian protien in cat poo that is not found anywhere else. The dog is drawn to it like a magnet. Try keeping the litter box behind a baby gate. The cat can get through, but the dog cant.

| cats eat high in protein, so the aroma attracts them. its the tootsie roll for dogs. keep litter pans with covers or in a room dog cannot access.
