| | | any stud agreement should be done in contract form and in writing prior to breeding taking place. it should include fee amount, payable whenpreferrably before breeding, and/or puppy pick or option. it should be agreed by both stud and bitch owner and signed. contract should also state what minimum amount of pups constitute a litter and if a repeat service is offered if does not take. i would look into other breeders stud contracts for ideas.
