She has placed an ad here. She wants to open a puppy store, but yet she goes on vacation for weekends and weeks and leaves her own 3 dogs small, med and a large breed outside with no one home or checking in on them, they have no food or water or proper shelter from wild predators. They bark all night long probably due to hunger, being cold and scared. Charlton animal control has been called a few times and they do nothing. How can she possible open a pet store and then call on breeders to do business with her and promise loving homes if she cant even care for her own dogs ? What is she going to do with the dogs at the puppy store when she goes away ? The store is located on a highway so no one will hear those puppies barking from lack of food and water and attention ? Seriously she has no business owning her own dogs never mind a pet store. How can any town allow this ? I think we need to take a look at who we are allowing to do business in Charlton Ma and who is hired to run animal control.
