OUR FARM PROVIDES THE BEST EXPOSURE FOR THE HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR MIND AND BODY. THE MOUNTAINS PROVIDE US WITH GREAT WEATHER, SMALL CREEKS AND PONDS THAT CREATE THE BEST SCENARIO FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOUND OVERALL PUPPIES.
PUPPIES ARE HANDLED AND PAMPERED SINCE BORN DAMS ARE WELL CARED AND PREPARED BEFOREHAND THE BREEDING SEASON. ROUTINE EXERCISE AND SPECIAL DIETS ARE PROVIDED TO BRING THE BEST HEALTH IN THE DAMS AND OFFSPRINGS.
PUPPIES ARE EVALUATED REGARDING THEIR NATURAL INSTINCTS AND A HISTORY FILE IS KEPT ON EACH PUPPY AS HE DEVELOPS. Started in Malinois in 1978 having acquired our firsts Malinois Croc’s Blanc J-J and Croc’s Blanc Margaret bred by Mrs. Daniele Daugherty. The Malinois were unknown to the Dog owners population here in P.R. But started showing them in the FCI shows and training them in the Ring Sport discipline. Shortly after the Malinois became widely known when the Inland trainers started realizing the magnificent virtues these dogs possessedThese dogs are quite special in every aspect they posses, their eagerness to please, their never ending desire to work and the most incredible courage to confront any kind of difficulties makes this breed a unique one of a kind. These dogs can do it all, raised in the correct situation can please the most demanding trainer and at the same time share a household family life offering and protecting with great devotion and loyalty.
Southernwind Breeding commitment is set up within the highest standards of maintaining the best of characteristics and temperaments. We are the only kennel to be honored by the Top NVBK dogs Bass and Ohran and our French Ring 3, “Racky Du Plo De La Bise.

Southernwind has always set up a priority when it comes to selection, balanced temperaments with strong healthy body and mind. Our Breeding program includes European Lines from Czechoslovakian, Hungary, Holland, Belgium, Serbia and Germany.
Our puppies are raised in a very special environment were they are exposed to the best possible socialization and motivation. From very early age they are exposed to a wide variety of situations which creates and strengthens their confidence in fulfilling any required task.
Our farm provides the best exposure for the healthy development of their mind and body. The Mountains provide us with great weather, small creeks and ponds that create the best scenario for the development of sound overall puppies.
Puppies are handled and pampered since born Dams are well cared and prepared beforehand the breeding season. Routine exercise and special diets are provided to bring the best health in the Dams and Offsprings.
Puppies are evaluated regarding their natural instincts and a history file is kept on each puppy as he develops. When customers come to acquire a puppy we make sure the Combination of the puppy instincts and temperament matches with the new owner expectancies and experience. We want the best for our puppies and that’s the only way they can have a long fulfilling Dog/owner relationship.
All our dogs at the time of leaving have had their up to date shots, dewormings and health certificates, they are FCI and AKC reg istered
